Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to it, I’m so glad you’re here! Your story is unique and so are the obstacles that come your way. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, using evidence-based counseling approaches to support you on your journey toward hope, healing and growth.
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and whole. This process isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about getting curious: about your patterns, your pain, your hopes. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling stuck and uncover the strengths you already carry (even if they’ve been hard to access lately).
You don’t have to do this work alone. In our sessions, you’ll find a space that’s warm, respectful, collaborative and real. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating big life transitions, or just trying to find your way back to yourself, I would be honored to get to know you and your story!

A Little About Me
I studied Psychology at Texas Tech (wreck ’em!) and went on to earn my Master’s in Professional Counseling from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, focusing on Clinical Mental Health. Over the years, I’ve worked in all kinds of settings—from non-profits to hospitals to private practice—and have had the honor of working with clients of all ages. Supporting others in their growth and healing is a big reason why I love what I do!
Born and raised in Texas, I’m a proud Type-A extrovert who lives for connection, adventure, and a good laugh. When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me nose-deep in a fantasy or thriller (always open to book recs!), thrifting around Austin, or spending time with my favorite people—and my two cats, of course.
