AFC is private pay; you pay out of pocket for all services we provide. If you have insurance, they will not pay us directly for services but you may be able to seek out of network reimbursement for some costs depending on your insurance policy. Click here for more information.

    Tell us about yourself and what you're looking for in a therapist.

    Schedule an intake call

    After you submit an intake form, you will be prompted to schedule a short phone or zoom intake call. A care team member will call to confirm your match and answer questions.

    Schedule An Appointment

    Once a match has been made, we will get you scheduled for your first session and send you some paperwork to fill out.
