LPC-A
Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate
Supervised by Kevin Fall, Ph.D., LPC-S

I love to guide adult and teen individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship problems, and life transitions. I also love working with creatives, highly sensitive people and those searching for meaning and purpose. Together we can help you feel lighter, clearer and more in touch with yourself. There is nothing wrong with you. What can we learn from your experiences? My work is person-centered, trauma-informed and relational.

A Little About Me

I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley. I received my Bachelors in Photography and my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Texas State University. I completed 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. In my graduate counseling experience, I worked with teens and adults with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, sexual offenses, relationship challenges, trauma, self-esteem, life and career transitions, addiction, existential crises, identity crises and more. I enjoy spending time in nature, film photography, exercise and connecting with loved ones.
