Whether you’re exploring counseling for the first time or revisiting its transformative power, I’m glad you are here! Your story is unique and so are the obstacles that come your way. I utilize a variety of evidence – based counseling approaches in order to meet my client where they are at. Together, we’ll tackle the tough stuff – like those tricky thoughts or habits that are holding you back- and discover the inner strengths that you might not even know you have. Whether you’re seeking individual insights or looking to navigate more systemic challenges, our interactions will be rooted in clarity, empowerment, and authenticity. Together, we can explore the obstacles and interferences that can cause us to feel “stuck” in the journey to living our most authentic, healthy and meaningful life.

A little about me

I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at Texas Tech University (wreck ‘em!) and my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Mary Hardin Baylor. I have spend my counseling career working in non-profit organizations, partial hospitalization and private practice settings with children, pre-teens/teens, adults and families. I love what I get to do and find it to be the greatest honor to witness and help facilitate change and healing!

When I’m not working, I enjoy being outdoors (hiking state parks, running, and being on the water), reading (mostly fantasy & thrillers), and spending quality time with my favorite people (& 2 cats!)
