LPC-A Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate
Supervised by Joshua Taube, LPC-S
Hello and welcome! Whether you are beginning to consider counseling or have participated in the past, I’m glad you are here! Seeking counseling for you and/or your loved ones is not just courageous, but worthwhile! Everyone is worthy of hope and healing. You do not have to face this journey alone.
Counseling, similarly to you and your story, is unique to each of my clients. I utilize a variety of evidence – based counseling approaches in order to meet my client where they are at. I strive to provide a safe, supportive and warm environment to allow my clients to learn, grow and heal at their own pace. Whether you work with me individually or as a system, we will navigate the challenges you are facing through identifying unhelpful patterns/thoughts/beliefs and work to highlight inner strengths and skills along the way. My goal is to help you live your most authentic, healthy and meaningful life!

A little about me
I love what I do and the people I get to work with! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate under the Supervision of Joshua Taupe, LPC-S. I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at Texas Tech University (wreck ‘em!). A few short years later, I received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Mary Hardin Baylor. I have spend my counseling career working in non-profit organizations and partial hospitalization settings with children, pre-teens/teens, adults and families!
I am a true Type – A extrovert who loves to fill my free time with the people who give me life! I married to an Austinite who compliments my love for good food, the outdoors and Texas very well! I consider myself a dog person, but have two kittens (Cinco & June) that are my pride and joy!
