My approach is grounded in a deep belief that you are the expert of your own life. With an energetic, collaborative, and client-centered approach, I focus on helping you deepen your understanding of yourself—your needs, strengths, and values. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A), I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, identify the obstacles that may be holding you back, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Together, we’ll tackle the tough stuff – whether it’s navigating challenging thought patterns, breaking old habits, or addressing emotional hurdles. As we move forward, we’ll tap into your inner strengths and resources that are already within you! No matter if you’re seeking individual insights or navigating larger systemic challenges, our work together will be grounded in clarity, empowerment, and authenticity.
If you are seeking counseling as a preteen/teen, individual adult or family, I would be honored to get to know you and your story! Together, I hope we can explore the obstacles and interferences that can cause us to feel “stuck” in the journey to living our most authentic, healthy and meaningful life. I look forward to meeting you!

A Little About Me
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University (wreck ‘em!) and my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including non-profit organizations, partial hospitalization programs, and private practice. This has given me the privilege of supporting individuals across all age groups—children, preteens, teens, adults, and families. I love my job as it is one of the greatest honors to witness and help facilitate the process of change and healing.
I’m a born-and-raised Texan and Type-A extrovert who believes healing doesn’t just happen in therapy, but also in laughter, shared meals, quiet walks, messy art projects, and real connection! When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me nose-deep in a fantasy or thriller (I’m always taking book recs!), hunting down the best queso Austin has to offer, or spending time with my favorite people—bonus points if there’s sunshine, music, or animals in the mix.
