A little about me
I have been doing this work for more than 15 years and adore every minute I get to support my clients and their loved ones.
I received my bachelors in Human Development from University of Texas at Dallas and hold a Master of Science from Pratt Institute in Dance and Movement in Creative Arts Therapy. My Post-Graduate Certificate in Infant Mental Health Support comes from the work of dance & movement psychotherapist Dr. Suzi Tortora in her Ways of Seeing Program.
Outside of my dance & movement therapy sessions you can catch me recharging my batteries in the sun with a taco and a coffee, thrifting for my next costume inspiration, or escaping on my next adventure! I am queer, neuro-spicy, highly sensitive and empathic.
