Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here. I believe therapy is a place where we find strength, resilience, and the guidance we need to flourish. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space and help you navigate through whatever struggles you may be facing. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology with a focus in child development from Oklahoma State University in 2020 and my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Marymount University in 2022. During my internship, I had the opportunity to work in private practice where I served kids, teens, young adults, families, and led groups. My therapeutic approach is child-centered where I put a lot of emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship. While every client’s needs are different, I draw from evidence-based practices such as Play Therapy, CBT, and expressive arts. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and ADHD.

A Little About Me

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, my husband, and my two tabby kitties! I’m a sucker for getting cozy at home and bingeing my favorite shows. But I also love traveling when I get the chance. If you feel that I would be a good fit for you or your child, feel free to reach out. I look forward to working with you!
