Focus

Young Adults (18-30), Adults, Elders (65+)

My fascination with the uniqueness of everyone’s story and passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families throughout the life cycle drives my work as a therapist. I am committed to quality client care and strive to create an authentic experience. Life is a journey with unique twists, turns, ups, and downs. I like to collaborate with clients to tailor therapy to their current needs.

I work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of life stages, offering support that is both practical and deeply attuned to each client’s experience. My work with couples and individuals spans the full arc of a relationship, from dating and premarital preparation to parenting young children, navigating the adolescent years, and adjusting to an empty nest, helping you move through both everyday challenges and significant life transitions with greater clarity and connection.

I also have a special interest in supporting those in the “sandwich generation,” providing guidance as you balance the competing demands of caring for children while supporting aging parents. In addition, I enjoy working with women navigating perimenopause and midlife, helping you make sense of emotional shifts, mood changes, and evolving questions of identity so you can feel more grounded, supported, and aligned in this stage of life.

My goal is to help you navigate challenges and feel more confident and empowered to live your best life—whatever that may be!

A Little About Me

I am an Austinite (born and raised!). Outside of therapy, I enjoy being outdoors, finding new trails to explore, spending time with my husband, two energetic boys, two sweet pups, and catching up on the latest TV binge! I welcome the opportunity to meet with you and look forward to starting this journey with you.

Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.
