Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
-Mary Oliver, “The Summer Day”
Do you ever wonder, “Is this what it’s supposed to be like?”
It could be your marriage or relationship.
It could be starting school or a new job.
It could be your friendships or career.
Is it not enough yet simultaneously overwhelming?
It could be your whole life—and that’s okay.
If that underlying feeling of discontent has been eating away at you, you’re not alone. Therapy can help clarify those feelings so that we can address what in your life is serving you and what needs to be changed. The clients I work with are interested in doing deep work to uncover and explore their most authentic selves and get the most out of their one wild and precious life.
I approach therapy in a trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and systemic way. What that means is that I want to know your whole story–from the inner feelings and memories, to the larger forces that have shaped who you are presently. I work collaboratively with my clients to work through what is troubling them. You are the expert in your journey and I am here to bear witness to your story, and hold space for you. I’ve worked with clients who have experienced depression, trauma, life changes like parenthood and leaving the family of origin, couples in turmoil, grief and many other presenting concerns.

A Little About Me
When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy napping, reading, having coffee with friends, or just hanging out at home with my husband and pets (2 dogs and a cat). I love going on walks when its not 110 degrees out, and enjoy traveling to CA and CO to visit family and escape the summer heat.
