Hi there, I’m so glad you’re reading this!
First off, congratulations on taking one of the first steps toward starting therapy—that’s a big deal and you should be proud of yourself! Therapy is a unique journey for everyone, and my goal is to make it as personalized as possible for you. Whether you prefer talking, playing, drawing, or something else, we’ll find what works best for you.
I love working with kids, teens, and young adults who might be dealing with tricky friendships, family dynamics, school challenges, motivation issues, social anxiety, or depression. My approach is all about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself. I encourage you to bring your own interests and creative ideas into our sessions— this is about you!
Together, we’ll explore what’s going on in your life with curiosity and support. I look forward to creating a collaborative and nurturing space where we can discover, be curious, and explore together!

A Little About Me
I’m a proud Longhorn, having graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences in 2017. My passion for helping others led me to Johns Hopkins University, where I earned my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling shortly after.
I discovered my passion for counseling through an introductory class in college, but the roots of my desire to help others run deeper. My personal journey includes being adopted from India, growing up in a multicultural household, and transitioning from rural East Texas to vibrant Austin. Navigating these diverse cultural backgrounds and emotional challenges has provided me with a profound sense of empathy and understanding, which I bring into my work with clients.
During my time at Hopkins, I’ve worked in various settings, including private practices and schools. My training included Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy. I’m also a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, dedicated to helping families create nurturing environments.
When I’m not in session, you can often find me enjoying life’s simple pleasures—whether that’s snuggling with my sweet baby girl, baking something delicious, shooting archery with my husband, or losing myself in a good book.
I’m here to offer a warm, empathetic space where we can work together towards your goals. I look forward to getting to know you!
