I specialize in working with individuals and couples/intimate partnerships that need help navigating trauma/PTSD, neurodivergence, and relational conflict with a special interest in working with ADHD and neurodiverse relationships where one or both partners is neurodivergent. I prioritize building a strong relationship with my clients to cultivate a space that will grow with them for a long time. I utilize a blend of interpersonal neurobiology, IFS, and EMDR approaches to help my clients understand their story and the ways they have power to change it. Additionally, I embrace a systemic and non-pathologizing approach to therapy because too often, rational responses to stress and harm have been stigmatized. As a client, you’ll find my approach warm, humorous, and candid. I bring a lot of myself into the room, and am always happy to join my clients in talking about books, movies, video games, crafts, and other interests so we can take time to be human together.

A Little About Me
I moved to Austin from the east coast in the summer of 2017 with my family. We currently have two cats and a dog (a mini Australian Shephard that ended up way more “mini” than we thought she’d be), all named after Final Fantasy characters. When I’m not working, you can find me at home reading, writing, gaming, playing piano, or tending my houseplants. You might also catch me “out in the wild” at a coffee shop trying whatever fun specialty latte sounds good that day.
I graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Minors in Creative Writing and Psychology. In 2023, I graduated from St. Edward’s University with my Master of Arts Degree in Counseling. I am a licensed LPC-Associate in the State of Texas, supervised by Lauren Masciarelli, LMFT-S, LPC-S.
