At times, we can feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. Relationship struggles, stress, parenting, grief, and major transitions can leave us feeling emotionally exhausted and disconnected. Reaching out for support is an important first step toward change and healing.
I work with preteens, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, postpartum concerns, stress, self esteem issues, and life transitions. My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative, creating a space where clients can feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely heard.
I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based techniques, and Gottman informed strategies to help clients better understand patterns, improve communication, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Along with my clinical experience, I bring real world perspective through my background in home health, hospice, entrepreneurship, parenting, and community involvement. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build practical tools, and feel more confident navigating everyday challenges.

A Little About Me
My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, and Structural Family Therapy. As a mother of six and grandmother of three, I also bring lived experience and a deep understanding of the complexities of family life and relationships. I work collaboratively with clients to understand patterns, improve problem-solving skills, and create healthier roles and connections. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can build insight, develop practical strategies, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
