A Little About Me

My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, and Structural Family Therapy. As a mother of six and grandmother of three, I also bring lived experience and a deep understanding of the complexities of family life and relationships. I work collaboratively with clients to understand patterns, improve problem-solving skills, and create healthier roles and connections. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can build insight, develop practical strategies, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
