Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I have a lot of respect for the people willing to take it. I specialize in helping couples and families navigate the relationships that matter most to them. Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of fulfillment in our lives, but they can also become a major source of stress, frustration, and disconnection. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in recurring conflict, emotionally distant from one another, or overwhelmed by patterns they can’t seem to break on their own.
My style is warm, direct, and down to earth. Clients often describe our sessions as a balance of honesty, humor, curiosity, and meaningful challenge. I believe therapy works best when there’s a genuine human connection in the room, and I strive to create an environment where people feel understood, supported, and safe enough to talk openly about the hard stuff. At the same time, I won’t just sit back and nod. I’ll help you identify the patterns and dynamics that may be keeping your relationship stuck, pushing you towards ownership of what is in your control, so you can begin creating real change.

A Little About Me
Before becoming a therapist, my professional path took a few different turns. I spent years working in corporate environments supporting several Fortune 500 companies, which gave me firsthand insight into the pressures, expectations, and demands many high-performing professionals face. I work well with successful, driven people including professionals in tech, medicine, law, business, and leadership roles, who are used to functioning at a high level professionally but may feel disconnected or overwhelmed in their personal relationships. Those experiences continue to shape the way I approach therapy: practical, honest, collaborative, and focused on meaningful growth.
Aaron holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He offers therapy at our Northwest Hills and Westlake offices, as well as virtually.
