I work collaboratively with my clients – individual, parents, couples, and families – using a client-centered therapeutic approach.  In my practice, I see children, adolescents, and adults and use a variety of therapeutic methods including Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Strength-based Therapy and Mindfulness to fit the needs of each individual client.  I strive to provide a safe and warm environment to allow you to learn, grow, and heal at your own pace. Whether you are working with me individually, as a couple or family, we will build on your own inner strengths to attain your goals and overcome your challenges.  

I believe we all have the inner strengths within to deal with life challenges.  We all have the capacity to learn and grow, and to enhance our personal well-being.  

Today, you have chosen to be here and take the first step to explore therapy.  For some of you, this may feel a bit scary because you are not sure what this is about and how it works.  I was in your shoes before, and I know how you feel.  Life is rarely without challenges.  For all of us, there are times when we need to seek out the right therapist who are dedicated to assist us in challenging moments.

You are the reason why I am here. Your story matters, and I am here to listen to your story.  Whether you are challenged with emotional difficulties, daily life matters, or mental health concerns for yourself or your loved ones, you are at the right place.  My role is to guide you to discover the inner strengths within yourself, and to empower you to tackle the challenges you face.  I will work with you to build a resilient mindset so that you can better cope with whatever challenges that may arise in the future.  My goal is to help you improve your overall well-being so that you can live a happier, healthier and a more productive life.  

This will be a journey of personal growth and changes that we will go through together.  My life experiences and genuine interest in humanity have inspired me to help make a difference in people’s lives.  I truly hope that I can have the opportunity to work with you to make a difference in your life.  The only person who is in control of your future and where you go from here is you.  If you feel that you are ready to take on a healthy healing process, please reach out to me.  I look forward to embarking on this journey with you.

What I love most about counseling is to witness my clients taking the steps, no matter how big or small they may be, to transform their lives and create a better future for themselves.  The journey I take with them is often a self-reflective one for myself, and I enjoy growing and learning together with my clients.
