Hi there! I want to start by acknowledging that beginning therapy or meeting with a new clinician can feel overwhelming. Considering change is a vulnerable thing and it takes courage to show up and consider this step. Below you’ll find some information on my approach and experience.
I’m a clinician who values creativity grounded in evidence-based practice. I hold a deep respect for the many ways people think, feel, and move through the world, and I’m committed to meeting clients with authenticity, flexibility, and steady empathy.
My background includes extensive work with children and families, neurodiverse individuals, as well as years of crisis and trauma experience in higher levels of care. These settings taught me to approach complex presentations with calm curiosity and a deep appreciation for each person’s story.
I come from the viewpoint that all behavior is an attempt to have needs be met. When we work together, we’ll pay attention to the parts of your identity that matter most to you, the relationships in your life, and the experiences that shaped how you learned to navigate the world.
In session, I’m warm, collaborative, and gently challenging. It is such a privilege to be asked to hold space, create a sense of safety, and work together toward meaningful change.

A Little About Me
Therapy is my happy place. I love the chance to understand people, and help them understand themselves, on a deeper level. I can be a bit of a nerd when it comes to neurobiology and understanding the science behind mental health. When I’m not in sessions you would likely find me deep in a book, experiencing new foods, planning my next adventure, or spending time with the furry members of my family.
