Hello! I’m so glad you’ve found your way to my page.
My passion for working with people began at a young age, and I’ve always known I wanted a career centered around authentic connections. I genuinely love getting to know people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Whoever you are and wherever you come from, I want to learn about your unique story. I consider it an honor when clients allow me into their world, and I am deeply grateful for that trust.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, rooted in the belief that both client and therapist bring expertise to the space. You are the expert of your own life; my role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, insight, and support as you create the life you envision. I tailor my work to each person’s needs, drawing from a variety of modalities including systems theories, Jungian therapy, and child-play therapy. This ensures our sessions truly connect with your experiences and goals.
I believe that change is most powerful when it happens holistically. In our work together, I hold space for all parts of who you are to come together in harmony. Change doesn’t need to be complicated or about adding something new—it’s often about remembering who you truly are and reconnecting with your authentic self.
I welcome individuals at every stage of life, from early childhood through adulthood and beyond. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, therapy offers a sacred space for planting the seeds of your intentions and watching them grow. Together, we can explore what matters most to you and take meaningful steps toward that vision.

A Little About Me
Originally from a small town on the East Coast of Florida, I grew up on beaches and soccer fields. I played competitive soccer for many years until I went to college and decide to explore other passions. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and completed my Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. While I cherish my home state, I recently moved to Austin and am loving it so far! Outside of the therapy room, you can find me enjoying the city’s live music scene, exploring nature trails, and spending quality time with friends and family. I have a wanderlust heart and make it a point to visit new places as often as I can.
Additionally, I enjoy exploring ideas about the metaphysical, integrative health, and spiritual oneness. These areas of life help me find deeper meaning and purpose. If you’re interested in these topics as well, we can certainly incorporate them into our work together in a way that feels natural and meaningful. Looking forward to connecting!
