Hello! I am so glad you are reaching out for support. My approach to counseling is to meet people where they are—with curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for their lived experience. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and better understand your strengths, patterns, and challenges.
My style is person-centered, trauma-informed, and CBT. I am warm, reflective, and direct, helping clients gain insight while also supporting them in making meaningful, real-life changes. I believe people are doing the best they can with the tools they have available. I feel therapy can be a place to build awareness, learn new skills, and build confidence—even when the process feels uncomfortable.
While I specialize in neurodiversity and supporting parents, I also enjoy working with pre-teens, teens, and adults. My goal is to support you while you navigate life transitions, relationships, stress, and the reality of what life throws at you. I bring lived experience, empathy, humor, and honesty into the room to help clients feel understood and empowered to move forward in a way that feels authentic to them.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m a wife, mother, and lifelong learner who values connection, growth, and time spent with the people who matter most. I enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and maintaining close relationships with family and friends. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 25 years in education and continue to work as a special education advocate, which deeply shapes my understanding of challenges people navigate every day. I’m known for being warm, grounded, and realistic in my approach—I care deeply, I listen closely, and I strive to create a space where others feel safe and heard.
