LMFT-Associate Supervised by Carolyn Mehlomakulu, LMFT-S, ATR-BC
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I approach therapy with curiosity and genuine care. I believe that each person’s story deserves to be heard and understood without judgment. My goal is to create a space where clients feel truly seen, valued, and supported.
I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to explore how their experiences have shaped their lives. With empathy at the center of my work, I help clients navigate challenges across all stages of life.
My intention is to thoughtfully identify each client’s unique needs and ensure they feel actively involved in their therapeutic journey. Together, we take intentional steps toward their goals, no matter how big or small!
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy activities that bring both creativity and meaning to my life. I have two corgis who keep me outside and enjoying the fresh air, adding plenty of joy to my days.
In my free time, you’ll often find me reading a good book or working on a knitting project. I love hobbies that are detail-oriented and require attention to detail—a skill I value both inside and outside the therapy room!
