Focus
I am so grateful you are here! I believe therapy is a place of acceptance, compassion, and vulnerability. With this in mind, my role as a therapist is to provide a comfortable space for clients to be themselves, feel heard and accepted, explore the uncomfortable, and acknowledge their potential. I approach the therapeutic relationship from a relational, person-centered, strengths-based perspective and incorporate play therapy, expressive arts, sandtray, talk therapy, and mindfulness techniques depending on client need. I view the therapeutic process as collaborative and respect each individual as the expert of their experience. I practice holding a space inclusive of all parts of someone’s identity.
I am passionate about working with children and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-doubt, or low self-esteem. I also really enjoy working with children and parents to foster the parent-child relationship. I am constantly inspired by individuals’ bravery and families’ willingness to invest in each other.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2017 and completed my master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Texas State University in 2021 with a focus in family therapy. Throughout graduate school, I led donation-based children and family yoga classes at a children’s yoga studio in Austin. I incorporate this knowledge of yoga and mindfulness into my clinical work. My graduate internship experience was with a nonprofit organization serving children and families while utilizing expressive arts, play therapy, sandtray, mindfulness, and talk therapy.
Outside of session, you would find me with family, practicing yoga, hiking, or somewhere near the water. Connection, movement, and nature are grounding and very important to me. I look forward to meeting you!
