Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I’m so glad you’re here! Whatever challenges have lead you here today, you don’t have to navigate alone. My goal is to meet you where you are, without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out. If faith is an important part of your life, I’m happy to make space for that in our work together as well!
I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself along the way. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, work through the obstacles that may be keeping you stuck, and find ways to move forward that feel meaningful to you. My hope is that therapy helps you move beyond simply getting through the hard stuff and toward feeling more confident, connected, and grounded in the life you’re building!
I’d be honored to get to know you and your story!

I studied Psychology at Texas Tech (wreck ’em!) before earning my Master’s in Professional Counseling from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from nonprofits and hospitals to private practice, supporting clients across the lifespan. Being able to walk alongside people as they grow, heal, and navigate life’s challenges is one of the things I love most about what I do!
Born and raised in Texas, I’m a proud Type-A extrovert who lives for connection, music, and a good laugh. Outside of work, I love going to concerts with friends, traveling to new places with my husband, getting lost in a good fantasy or thriller (always accepting book recommendations!), and exploring Austin’s thrift stores. I can’t wait to get connected with you!
