Welcome
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re not sure where to begin. Whether you’re experiencing conflict or disconnection in your relationship, feeling stuck in patterns that keep repeating, navigating a life transition, or trying to find your footing as a parent, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I work primarily with couples, adults, parents, and teens through the many seasons of relationships and family life. With couples, I help partners better understand one another, navigate conflict, improve communication, rebuild connection, and create healthier patterns within their relationship. I also enjoy supporting individuals and parents as they navigate personal growth, parenting challenges, and relationship concerns.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment or shame. I value an authentic, collaborative relationship and work to meet you where you are while helping you identify the patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you gain greater insight, confidence, and skills to create meaningful change.
I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Education and earned my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SMU. My clinical experience includes working in schools, outpatient settings, and crisis counseling at Hope’s Door New Beginning Center, where I supported survivors of domestic abuse and their children.
I am also a Certified Positive Discipline: Keeping the Joy in Relationships Facilitator and Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, which I incorporate when working with parents and families.
When I’m not with clients, I enjoy yoga, being outdoors, traveling, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my husband, daughter, and our dog, Ranger.
I hope therapy can be a place where you feel supported while also gaining the insight and tools to move forward. I look forward to getting to know you!
