Natalie Sowinski LMSW, Supervised by Julia Small, LCSW-C

Hello and welcome! Reaching out for mental health help for yourself or a loved one can be overwhelming and even scary. You are taking a huge first step by even reading this page and I, for one, am proud of you!

I’ve called Austin home most of my life and am constantly inspired by the unique culture and people of our not-so-little city. After a few years working at child development centers in the area, I attended Texas State University for my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies. I completed my Masters of Science in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin and became a licensed MSW in 2016.

I know seeking help for a child, teen, or yourself is intimidating, complicated and can feel isolating. I strive to build a safe space for my clients to be their authentic selves and bring a strength-based perspective to my sessions. My areas of expertise include working with children, teens, adults and parents.

I look forward to working alongside you and/or your family to create a healing environment with a splash of humor to get us through.
